Orders take 2 business days from purchase date to repackage and prepare for safe travel. From there travel time is about 5-7 business days. You can generally expect your order to arrive within 2 weeks from purchase date.
No, if you live in the United States or Canada all duty and brokerage costs are included in your purchase.

Yes we offer samples for purchase on all of our products? We sell these at cost to give you a low cost means of viewing color and style before making a larger purchase.
No, we do not accept returns on sample purchases.
Yes we accept returns on full sized orders of 1 square foot or more. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. There is also a 15% restocking fee. Please insure you have checked your measurements prior to purchase to insure you are not ordering too much tile. Please note, no returns are allowed on custom made tiles.
We recommend purchasing an additional 10% for waste and cut offs on stock items. For custom made tiles we recommend an extra 15%.
Please let us know within 1 week of receiving your order if you received damaged tiles. No damage claims will be honored after 1 week. We'll require a couple of pictures for proof of damage to start a damage claim. Bottom line, we'll not leave you hanging! We'll work on getting replacements out promptly.
We are located just outside of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This is an ideal location for shipping as we are a port city, and we're situated only a 30 minutes drive from the United States border.
The bulk of our customer base is located in the USA. If you are Canada, please choose to shop in Canadian Dollars or email us to place your order. We can run your payment in Canadian dollars for you.
At this time we do not. Unfortunately the high shipping costs are prohibitive.
