Most custom orders will be ready to ship in 4 to 5 weeks.
GETTING YOUR MEASUREMENTS RIGHT
If you need a hand confirming your measurements please call us at 1 866 466 0555 ext 1. To help you get started we recommend adding an extra 15% to your order for cut offs and waste. You want to insure you have enough tile on hand to complete the job. Should you run short a minimum 10 square foot order is required by the factory.
MADE TO ORDER RETURN POLICY
We do not accept any returns on made to order products.
DYE LOT VARIATION
Slight dye lot variation is extremely common when producing glass tiles. You may notice a slight variance in shade when comparing your sample to a full order since they were produced at different times. Dye lot variation is considered a normal characteristic of custom of made tiles. No refunds will be considered due to dye lot variation. Our factory works diligently to match colors as best as possible. Your order will go through a quality control inspection to insure any dye lot variation is considered reasonable prior to shipment.

STOCK ITEMS
In stock items will be processed and shipped within 1- 2 business days. If the product you are looking at does not say 'made to order' in the description you'll know this is a stock item.
CAN STOCK ITEMS BE CUSTOMIZED?
Unfortunately not! What you see is what we have available. However, we have helped customers out in the past by getting some of our stock colors custom cut in other dimensions. If this is something you are interested in finding out more about, please call us toll free at 1 866 466 0555 ext 1.
OUT OF STOCK POLICY
From time to time we'll run out of stock on items. In the event that we do run out of stock we will offer a 10% discount to customers that place a pre-order with us over the phone.
