We make sample combo packs available at cost to help our customers get a firsthand look at some well matched colors to choose from. We recommend ordering a sample prior to placing a larger order if you are particular about your color pallet just right! Sample swatches are 2" x 4" in size. 

Getting Your Measurements Right
If you need a hand confirming your measurements please call us at 1 866 466 0555 ext 1. To help you get started we recommend adding an extra 15% to your order for cut offs and waste. You want to insure you have enough tile on hand to complete the job. Should you run short, a minimum 25 square feet order is required by the factory.

Made To Order Return Policy
We do not accept any returns on made to order products. 

Dye Lot Variation
Slight dye lot variation is extremely common when producing glass tiles. You may notice a little variance in shade when comparing your sample to a full order since they were produced at different times. Dye lot variation is considered a normal characteristic of custom of made tiles. No refunds will be considered due to dye lot variation. Our factory works diligently to match colors as best as possible. Your order will go through a quality control inspection to insure any dye lot variation is considered reasonable prior to shipment.
