Accents and Subway Tiles
Alright I finally found some time to write something for the blog! Over the next weeks I`m going to try and populate our blog with some great tile insipiration that just might find its way into someones bathroom or kitchen backsplash.
I love mixing tiles and using accent strips when they make sense. One of our goals with Rocky Point Tile is to give customers options. We`ve done our best to include colors in our mosaics from our 3x6 and 4x12 collections. This creates flow when combining two different tiles. For example our Tahoe 10mm linear mosaic tiles include Snow White in the mix. Snow White is available in a 3x6 and 4x12 dimension. If you want to give your kitchen backsplash some pop a 6 inch accent strip of Tahoe might due the trick. This might look good in a shower or tub surround as well. You could run 4x12`s around the tub and place a 12 inch band of Tahoe somewhere in the middle. For a shower you might consider running a 6 inch or 12 inch band vertically.

Rocky Point Tile is a dream come true. My husband I had been looking and looking for tile for our kitchen in all the big and small stores. Found nothing we liked.
