How much extra tile do I need for cut offs and waste incurred during my installation?

Contractors will usually require 10% additional tile.
How do I cut glass tile?

What type of thinset should I use to apply glass tile to the wall?

We recommend using a modified thinset that is suitable for use with glass tile. When purchasing modified thinset please read the manufacturers specifications to insure it is suitable for use with glass tile.
How do you finish the edge where the tiled wall ends and a painted wall beings?

This is a question that comes up often. We suggest using a chrome finishing cap for this purpose. A chrome finishing cap is usually sold in 8 foot lengths, and can be found at most big box hardware stores. As you tile vertically the chrome cap is placed along the edge of the tile leaving a nice clean edge. This will hide your cuts and give your installation a professional look. These caps can also be purchased in other finishes. We recommend chrome as it will pull in with your appliances and fixtures to help tie the room together nicely.

We include free shipping to all Canadian Provinces and the contiguous United States. We can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and the Northern Territories. However, there may be additional shipping costs to these areas. Please call for a quote to your zip code/postal code.
When can I expect my order to arrive?

We do our best to insure your order leaves our location within 2 business days of purchase. Shipments typically require 5 - 6 business days travel time to customers on the east coast, and 3 - 4 business days for customers on the west coast.
I live in the USA. Will I be charged duty or brokerage?

No. All orders entering the USA include duty and brokerage charges. We do our best to keep things as simple as possible by including these costs in our online prices.
I live in Canada. Do I have to pay HST/GST?

We have to collect HST/GST on all orders to Canadian addresses.
